Spaying/Neutering Cats
With Proof of Low Income:

For eligibility, present your EBT or Medicaid card

Low-income indoor female cat $90

Trapped feral male or female cats. Must be in trap. Ear will be tipped, no exceptions $40

Rabies vaccine included

Cat weighing 3 Lbs or more or 12 weeks old must receive rabies vaccine
Without Low Income Proof:

Trapped feral male or female cats must be in trap and ear will be tipped, no exceptions $40

Provide a current Rabies certificate and receive an $18 discount

All outside cats will have ear tipped. No exceptions.

Payment & Registration form must be submitted when appointment is made. No exceptions.

There will be a $40 charge per trap when trap(s) is picked up. The charge will be refunded when trap(s) is returned.

Traps, carriers, and covers must be cleaned and sanitized upon return. $10 will be charged to your credit card if not returned in satisfactory condition.

If you need to cancel or reschedule you must do this by calling our office by 3pm day before. Call 330-442-5341

If you do not cancel, do not show up for your appointment, or reschedule, you will NOT be refunded for the charge made to your credit card when you scheduled your appointment.
Registration and Day of Surgery Information

ALL appointments must be made in person at the office. Payment is due at the time of registration.

If you have more than one cat, you will need a registration form for each cat.

Registration forms are available at TNR office.

Provide proof of Rabies vaccine when registering

For Low-Income eligibility, present your EBT or Medicaid card
-
Drop-off time is 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM. You will be called when it is time to pick up your cat.

No food or water after 10 pm for adult cats.
-
Kittens under six months old should be fed a SMALL amount of food on the morning of surgery.

Cat must be in a clean, secure carrier (No soft-sided carriers permitted)

Put newspaper or clean bedding inside the carrier
-
​ALL outside cats will be ear-tipped. No exceptions.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the form and payment are received

Cats from any county in Ohio & PA are accepted
